Best Posing Shoes for Wide, Narrow and Standard feet.

Posing shoes can often make or break a competitor. It can affect our posing, our stage presence, but most of all our confidence leading up to our show.

We often get asked if there are shoes which are more suited for those with narrower or wider feet. The short answer is yes. That’s not to say you can’t wear any style you want, but you might find that certain styles will suit your foot shape a lot better than others.

Many people forget, but your feet do have a small amount of fat on them! What does this mean for you? It might not affect you, however, it is normal to notice that wearing your shoes in the offseason might feel a little tighter than when they did during your prep and vice versa.

How does this affect sizing? The same as we usually advise, order a size up if you’re in between sizes and particularly looking for a strappy shoe. This advice works for most competitors.

Below is a birds-eye view of the main posing shoe styles we currently stock. Although it’s only small, you can see slight differences in the way the shoes are built and designed. All the shoes pictured are size 6.

We hope this sort of infographics, visuals and blogs help you all to decide on the right shoe for you, as we know how overwhelming it can be at times! We have also included a size guide on each product page, which shows the approximate CM measurements of each shoe! If there is anything, in particular, you want us to produce content-wise, be sure to let us know, but don’t forget to check the rest of our blog section out, as well as our Instagram Feed too.
