The Majesty 508 is one of our most popular heels — and for good reason.
At 5" with a 7/8" platform, it's the ideal choice for competitors who want a comfortable, secure fit on stage. The wider toe bed makes it the go-to choice for wider feet — but if you have normal-width feet and simply want more room and comfort, the Majesty works brilliantly for you too.
The platform is flatter to the floor than the Cocktail, which gives you extra stability — especially during transitions. And because the platform offsets so much of the heel height, it's far more wearable than a 5" heel sounds. First timer? Don't let the height put you off. This is one of the most confidence-inspiring heels we stock.
In short: wider fit, flatter platform, sleek grey bottom, more stability. A brilliant first heel and a firm favourite with experienced competitors too.
Features: 5" (132mm) heel · 7/8" (22mm) platform · comfort padded insole · ankle strap

Includes tanning mitt (not shown in product photo).
Your base coat is the foundation of your competition tan. Get this right and everything that goes on top works harder.
Pro Tan Overnight is the base coat we recommend most — it's the product that gives you control. You decide how light or dark you want to go, you can trial it before your first show, and it reduces the cost of buying a full show tan package. A lot of competitors do their own base coat and then book a tanner for the top coat on show day — this is exactly the product for that.
One bottle lasts a female competitor at least 3 shows, and males around 2 shows depending on how many coats you use.
How to use:
Before application, wash the entire body with Get Buffed for maximum colour absorption. Shake the bottle well before use.
Tip contents into a clean container or tupperware. Dab the mitt into the solution and apply over the body using lighter strokes around hairlines, knees, elbows and ankles.
You'll get an instant colour guide — this helps you apply evenly. The tan will deepen considerably within 3–5 hours. Allow around 30 minutes to dry before contact with clothing or bedding.
Sleep in the tan. Wear loose, dark clothing and use black bedding to avoid staining.
On show day — do not shower. Your tanner will apply the top coat directly over your base coat.
These bottles can also be poured directly into a standard spray tan machine if you prefer to apply that way.
Watch our application demo video below for a full walkthrough.
For a photoshoot: apply your base coat the evening before, then shower it off after 24 hours.
As a day-to-day tan: use fewer layers and shower off normally once you've reached your desired colour.
Back to back shows: after your first show, use the 60 Second Tan Remover to strip everything back, then repeat the process from the beginning.
How many coats do you need?
This depends on your natural skin tone, how dark you want to go, and how well your skin absorbs colour. As a guide:
Bikini and physique competitors — around 2 applications
All other categories — around 3 applications
Very fair skin — start your first 1–2 layers a full day before you'd normally begin. Tanners often recommend this and it makes a significant difference to the final result
For a darker base, mix with a small amount of Pro Tan Super Dark Base Coat.
Want to buy everything you need in one go? Browse our tanning kits — we've put together packages so you don't have to figure out what to order separately.
Gloves and sticky feet are a must for application — both available separately below.
Please note: avoid using antiperspirants or lotion before application. This product does not contain sunscreen and does not protect against sunburn. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children.

If you're seriously invested in your stage look, the TSF Goddess Olympian is worth every penny.
The soft, flexible plastic upper and cushioned insole offer a different kind of comfort to a standard competition heel — the kind that adapts to your foot over time and lets you stay on stage longer.
The rhinestones are encrusted on the interior of the platform, catching the light from every angle. Paired with the sleek grey bottom, it's a heel that stands out without being overdone.
The 1" platform gives you bold height with added balance — and because the plastic softens to your foot over time, it only gets better.
Features: 5" heel · 1" platform · rhinestone-encrusted interior · cushioned insole · soft flexible plastic upper · ankle strap · grey bottom
Sizing: Narrow to normal fit. These heels run small and come in whole sizes only — we recommend sizing up one full size. If you are a half size, size up to the nearest whole size. All shoes are sold in UK sizes — swipe the images above for our full size guide.
If there's one piece every competitor needs, it's always this one.
The silver diamante stretch bracelet is the most versatile piece in competition jewellery. It works with every suit colour, every division, and every stage. First-timers buy it to build their look. Pros buy it because they've never found a reason to stop wearing it.
The stretch fit means it sits comfortably on any wrist size — no fussing backstage, no adjusting before you walk out.
Which row is right for you?
2 row — 0.7cm thick. Subtle and understated. Great for layering or a cleaner, more minimal look.
4 row — 1.4cm thick. Our most popular. Enough presence on stage without overpowering a smaller frame. Start here if you're not sure.
5 row — 1.7cm thick. A step up in impact. Perfect if you want a fuller wrist.
7 row — 2.5cm thick. Bold and striking. For those who want their jewellery to make a statement.
10 row — 3.6cm thick. Maximum impact. Best suited to more developed physiques — Wellness, Figure, Women's Physique and Bodybuilding.
