We prefer things to be easy and straightforward. See information below or feel free to ask any questions!

UK customers
wishing to send a return must do so within 14 days.

International customers wishing to send a return must do so within 21 days.

This time frame starts from when your parcel has been signed for.

  • When trying on your posing shoes for the first time, we request that all customers try their new heels on a clean soft floor such as carpet or a rug and that they also wear clean white socks. This is to ensure that the shoes stay in sellable condition.

    KOMPAK will not accept responsibility for shoes which do not pass inspection due to lack of care when handling their shoes appropriately. We inspect ALL shoes before they are sent out to customers, so any marks or damages which are brought to our attention upon their inspection will, unfortunately, mean that your refund will not be processed and they will be sent back to you.

    Customers should take care of their posing shoes especially when they will be using them a lot for posing practise! Broken straps are 99.9% due to customers wearing their shoes on a strap hole which is too tight and restrictive while practising repetitively for long periods of time. We are only able to accommodate issues relating to broken straps if your order was received/placed less than three months ago (90 days) due to our suppliers. 

    Returns sent back to us, where the box or shoes have been damaged, which results in us being unable to put the shoes back into stock, and be sold at full price will only be eligible for a 50% refund.

  • Second-hand bikinis/shoes, customised robes, competition jewellery, used skin prep or tanning items, or tickets to any of our KOMPAK events. Please note that all items are thoroughly inspected before they are able to be dispatched in any orders.

    Any items sent back that are NOT applicable for return, or are returned to us in ‘worn’ condition, will be sent back to the customer. These return shipping fees must be paid by the customer.

  • Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges. You will need to return your item(s), and place a new order with us. From our experience, we have found this is the most efficient way of handling exchanges.

  • Tickets for our events are non-refundable under all circumstances. However, if for any reason an event put on by KOMPAK is cancelled we will refund you the price you paid for your ticket only. Unfortunately, we are not able to return or cover any travel costs relating to our events.

  • If you believe your item has arrived defected in any way, please email info@kompak.store immediately after receiving your order. This must be done within 48 hours of your order being signed for. After this time unfortunately we will not be able to assist further. Please make sure you check your items upon arrival, even if you don’t plan to use them for a while.

  • Please be aware that due to being a small business, we are unable to provide free returns labels and we do not offer free returns.

    This means that when your order is being refunded the shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount. If your order qualified for free delivery then £5 will be taken from the original full amount to cover this. If your delivery charge was higher i.e. £7.50, £10 etc then respectfully that will be taken off the amount refunded back to you. If you have returned multiple shoes back, £5 will be taken off each shoe as the postage would have been higher. As a small business we are unable to absorb these costs like bigger businesses.

    If your order is returned due to an incomplete address, or you refuse the parcel, your order will be refunded however when your order is being refunded the shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.

    We only recommend using a signed for AND tracked service, so please make sure you keep your receipt in the unlikely event that your order gets lost in the post. If your parcel gets lost, you will need to contact the courier directly to resolve the matter and receive your refund via compensation with them.

    By sending the parcel signed for it ensures that you know the parcel has been delivered & you have proof for your own records of who signed for it & when.

  • Items that are returned must be unused, with no signs of wear, and seen to be in sell-able condition and in their original packaging. The refund will be issued as soon as the item(s) have passed inspection, please note this can take up to 14 days.

    Any items returned with signs of wear will be returned to the customer and the refund will not be issued. Any marks, discolouring or defects that you notice upon opening must be made aware to us they arrive to you.

  • We get it, life gets in the way sometimes. If you are ill, rushed off your feet from work etc. it may be difficult to get to the post office. There are a few options here to ensure that you return your parcel within the 14 day return policy timeframe…You could ask a family member or friend to take the parcel for you or you can use a service like DPD collect from home. This is where they will come and take the parcel from the comfort of your own home to avoid you having to go instore.

  • Provided that all items are eligible for returns (Please see ‘What items are NOT applicable for return FAQ for clarity) & they are returned to us in ‘as new’ condition, then you will receive a full refund minus the original shipping costs. We do not refund custom fees.

    If your item is returned to us in a condition that is not considered ‘new’, we reserve the right to deduct a fee from the refund or to decline the return & send the heels back to the customer (shipping fees to be paid by the customer).

    These issues include, but are not limited to; Signs of wear, tan/marks on heels, postage stickers on the box, opened items where hygeine/usage would be questionable & items that are NOT applicable for returns.

  • All clearance items are non-refundable with no exceptions.


Returned items MUST also contain the completed returns form.

After you have sent your return back, please note that you as the sender are solely responsible for keeping up to date with where your parcel is at any point, any lost parcels will require you to speak directly to the delivery courier you used promptly, and if lost, you will need to submit a claim with that delivery courier to receive compensation. We will not be able to process the return as the item has not arrived back to us.
