The Cocktail 501 RSI is the AB crystal version of the Cocktail 501 — the same strapless 5" heel, 1" platform, and normal to wide fit, with AB crystal embellishment on the platform.

For the plain version see the Cocktail 501, and for full AB rhinestone encrustation see the Cocktail 501 DM. If you'd prefer an ankle strap with AB crystals, see the Cocktail 508 RSI.

The fit is wide — comfortably wider than a standard heel — but if you need the maximum width option, the Majesty or Glory may suit you better.
