The Cocktail 501 is the strapless version of the Cocktail 508 — the same 5" heel, 1" platform, and normal width fit, with a wide front strap in place of the ankle strap.

It shares the same more arched platform as the Cocktail 508, so if you prefer a flatter platform in a strapless style, the Majesty 501 is worth comparing. For the crystal versions of this shoe, see the Cocktail 501 RSI (AB crystals) and Cocktail 501 DM (AB rhinestones).
