Elegant 408 vs TSF Roxie Olympian: which one's actually right for you?
Every season, these two heels do the same thing. They catch everyone's eye first.
Both stunning. Both covered in crystal detailing. And if you're shopping for heels without much knowledge behind you yet, we can make a pretty good guess these are the two you'd look at first — maybe even buy on a whim.
Here's the thing though. This isn't a "which one's better" post. There is no better. There's just the one that's actually right for your feet.
What's the same
Let's get this out the way first, because it's not where the difference lives.
Platform: 1" on both
Heel height: 4.5" on both
From a photo, they can look very identical. Same height, both clear, both bestsellers.
What's actually different
The difference isn't the specs. It's the fit — and what that fit does to your posing.
Elegant 408 has a narrower fit. If your feet are narrow, it sits close and secure, exactly how a posing heel should feel.
TSF Roxie Olympian is a standard fit. If you've got wider feet, TSF usually recommend sizing up and adding a TSF Heel Insert to dial it in properly.
Why this matters more than it sounds
If your feet aren't narrow and you force yourself into the Elegant 408 anyway, your posing gets restricted. Not because you're doing anything wrong. The shoe just isn't built for your foot shape, and that shows up the moment you're trying to hit a pose that needs your feet to move freely.
Get the fit wrong and it usually goes one of two ways. You return it. Or you keep it, spend weeks wondering why your posing isn't clicking, then end up buying a second heel anyway — which means you've spent more than you needed to, twice.
On price
Elegant 408 is £85. TSF Roxie Olympian is £165. (Prices correct at time of posting — check the product page for the latest.)
Worth saying plainly: this isn't about buying the pricier one "to be safe." Price has nothing to do with which one's right for you. Fit does.
So which one are you?
Narrower feet → Elegant 408
Wider feet → TSF Roxie Olympian, sized up with a TSF Heel Insert if needed
