RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

If a customer wishes to exchange the above. The customer may request a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, with no signs of wear, and seen to be in sell-able condition and in their original packaging. The exchange or refund will be issued as soon as inspection has been completed. Any items returned with signs of wear, will be returned to the customer and the refund or exchange will not be issued.

Posing Shoes Details PLEASE READ.

When trying on your posing shoes for the first time, we strongly advise that you try them on a soft floor such as carpet or a rug and that you also wear clean white socks. This is to ensure that the shoes stay in sellable and new condition. KOMPAK will not accept responsibility for shoes which do not pass inspection due to lack of care when handling their shoes appropriately.

If you feel that any of the product(s) that you have received are faulty or damaged in anyway, please contact us immediately. In these cases, an exchange for store credit or a refund may be issued upon reviewing the case via an individual basis. We will not be able to accommodate issues if they have been raised more than 14 days after the order has been received.

Any items returned outside of the stated period will be returned to the customer and a refund will not be issued. Shipping fees will not be refunded under any circumstances.


Please note that returns, exchanges and refunds are NOT available for the following items:

  • Customised robes

  • Competition jewellery
